Vikram is thrown out of an airplane and is declared dead, and his wife Aishwarya Rathore is wrongfully implicated and later dies due to injuries only to have their unborn child. In 2023 Mumbai, Azad Vikram Rathore, the son of Vikram, is the jailer in a prison for women. Together with six rehabilitated prisoners, Azad steals a train in Mumbai Metro asking huge amounts of money not to enrich himself but because unhappy farmers are being pushed to commit suicide by loan systems that are corrupt. Azad carries on with a chain of well-thought out operations, assaulting corrupt ministers and showing the flaws in the system in the areas of healthcare, agriculture and elections. The social injustice is to be seen in each operation, and this is why the government must take action. The story becomes dramatic as Vikram Rathore is found alive and has lost his memory after living with a tribal group. Father and son become reunited and they face Kalee Gaikwad. During the final fight, Vikram recovers his memory, and the pair has their way with Kalee by publicly exposing and defeating Kalee Gaikwad. The movie concludes with Azad planning another operation, which is an indication that the war against corruption will continue.
