The fourth instalment of the bombastic action series Sajid Nadiadwala produced, Baaghi 4, will hit theaters on 5 September 2025 with huge expectations. Under the direction of A. Harsha – the celebrated Kannada director who is making his debut in the Bollywood industry – the movie was promising a darker and more emotionally multi-dimensional Ronny, revisited once again by Tiger Shroff. It was produced by the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner and represented strong new faces in Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu and Sonam Bajwa, giving the franchise a much bigger canvas. The consequence, though, proved to be a very polarising movie experience: it was spectacular on the action front but a failure on the story and script front.
In this Article, we will discuss all the releated information about baaghi 4, cast and crew, plot summary, production, release date, reviews, rating, and more.
Plot Summary
Fundamentally, Baaghi 4 is the story of Ronny (Tiger Shroff), a man that is involved in a catastrophic train accident that he did not plan to survive. Devoid of hope and salvation amidst his sorrow and repentance over his lost girlfriend, a woman who no one in his surroundings can claim to have existed, Ronny descends into self-destruction and delusion. When life starts to crumble around and the people closest to him start to doubt his sanity, a hidden truth gradually comes out and draws him into a dangerous game of obsession, illusion, and a love that would not die. The storylines incorporate the motifs of psychological traumas, paranoia and revenge into a classic action-franchise formula, but critics largely claimed the performance did not do justice to the grandeur of the idea.

Harnaaz Sandhu (who appears as Miss Universe 2021, it is her first Hindi film) and Sonam Bajwa (a well-known Punjabi movie actor, also a first-time Bollywood star) each got about Rs 1 crore. - NDTV’s Saibal Chatterjee gave it a 2.5 out of 5, terming it as a strictly Tiger Shroff fans only film. The Times of India awarded 2 out of 5 stars, considering that the stylised action was too much and the story was lacking.
- Hinduistan Times also gave it a score of 2 out of 5, and the viewing experience was likened to opening a gift box, and realizing it had nothing in it.

Music
A huge team of Tanishk Bagchi, Badshah, Payal Dev, Aditya Dev, Gourov Dasgupta, among others was involved in writing the Baaghi 4 soundtrack with the music rights being licensed by the T-Series. The movie released four singles prior to the film: Guzaara (18 August), Bahli Sonhi (22 August), Akeli Laila (26 August), and Yeh Mera Husn (2 September 2025). The background music was written by Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara.
Conclusion
Baaghi 4 is a franchise of the go-to action series of Bollywood. Even with all the massive investments in star power, foreign shootings, and special effects, the film could not do the most basic promise to the audience of a coherent and interesting story. Tiger Shroff will always be in a league of his own in terms of physical prowess, but without superior writing and direction, Baaghi 4 is the lowest point of the franchise, both at the box office and in terms of reviews. It is a warning story of style over content, and a movie that will be mostly remembered as what it might have been as opposed to what it was.
